MARZANNA (SEOUL, MAY 2025 | HARDCORE SEX, CHUNHEE)
a non-human drag performance of marzanna, a hay pupped originating
from slavic mythology, symbolising death, change and rebirth. during
the performance, guests collectively participate in a ritual of burning
and drowning marzanna in order to repell bad spirits and welcome new
season in life. show involved a hand made latex mask and a specially
curated soundscape. performance took place in chunhee, an alternative
