STALKING

a continuous photoserie based on the concept of stalking strangers in
public space. every person has an identity and a right to protect it,
however, privacy regulations concerning public spaces often are vague
and not specific. for example, it’s within legal boundries if a person
is captured around a larger group or it is ‘proved' they were not the main
photographed object. this constantly developing page portrays how some
can use it to their advantage. how easy is to take pictures of a clueless
person and their daily life, in their intimate, vulnerable or private
moments (most times without realising they're being watched). in this
anthropological research, two people have been sending a bank transfer
via their iphone, making it very readable when zoomed in, multiple
people have been texting without any clue, someone's looking. so many
have been working, travelling. this page is a call-to-caution, to always
remember that in public there’s no privacy.
